“I'd like to take this time to express my satisfaction with the on the ramp golf cart. As a customer experience representative, I use the vehicle on a daily basis and it is imperative that the performance of the vehicle be nothing below the high standards that we have set here at your Signature Flight Support South of Teterboro, NJ.
I'd first like to touch base on the vehicle's daily performance and battery life. We have a very busy FBO and there is constant movement throughout our ramp with flights departing and arriving. With such busy activity, it is vital that we have a long lasting battery life and efficiency. When the battery is fully charged, the vehicle can approximately run for almost a full work week. This saves time and enhances customer satisfaction.
Safety is also a number one priority at Signature Flight Support. As the driver of the vehicle, I need to know that the vehicle is safe for all our guest as well as myself. The brakes on the vehicle are nothing but exceptional. With so many frequent stops, I rely on the brakes.
The vehicle has great pick up, but also abide by our safety guidelines and not exceed more than 15mph. I personally have never driven the vehicle at a speed of more than 14.8mph, which has been set by our GSE crew. On the topic of safety, the side rails are a great feature to keep all passengers from slipping off the cart. Also helps passengers with difficulty walking to lean on the rail for support as they aboard the vehicle. We do have a loud ramp, but the horn and reverse safety beep are clearly heard.
Lastly, I will like to mention the accommodation of the vehicle regarding space, seating, and storage. The vehicle can safely transport up to five passengers at a time along. It can also transport up to three passenger along with any luggage(s) that they may have with them. This high standard saves time on our large ramp.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance and safety of this vehicle. It is without a doubt an asset in my role in excelling and improving customer experience here at your Signature Flight Support South.
Regards,
Jose Alfaro | Customer Experience Rep”

It's a real joy to cruise about my Florida beach community in a Moto Electric Vehicle! After looking around a good bit for a reliable and environmentally friendly electric vehicle that could withstand the corrosive coastal atmosphere and meet the municipal safety code for a street legal golf cart, I found it in this aluminum chassis beauty. Brett and his staff at Moto Electric gave me exactly what I wanted at a good price. Customer service from signing the deal to delivery was superb!

It started with one. Now there are two. And Shawn Weber, one of the owners of Wine on Third, a wine bar and upscale restaurant on Third Street, he wishes there were a lot more.
“We got the idea that tourists weren’t making their way up Third Street,” Weber said. “So we decided to go and get them.”
Adds Tim Mezhir, manager of Wine on Third, “I think the owners of the B&B appreciate it more than the hotels.”
Because the bed & breakfast establishment’s treat their guests as if they are friends or family, the golf carts gives them one more service to offer their guests, he explained.
The wine bar’s seven-seat golf cart was purchased late last summer. It took some time to satisfy New York state’s stringent requirements for carts on streets; the vehicle required many more lights and reflectors, Mezhir said. It didn’t really get much of a workout last year, but this summer, the cart has been carrying tourists right to the door of the restaurant — and any place else they want to go.
The restaurant reached out to area hotels and B&Bs, letting them know the cart was available to pick up guests.
“The reaction has been incredible,” Mezhir said, guessing that the cart has increased business around 10 percent in an already busier than ever before summer. “We have people calling us seven days a week.”
“Not only is it great for business,” Mezhir added, “it’s great for tourists. They are in an area they are unfamiliar with and when we pick them up, they can come here and dine and afterward, we’ll take them where ever they want to go.”
One of the main drivers of the cart, Joe Hill of Lewiston, 22, a Buffalo State College marketing student, said he most enjoyed picking up a group of recently married and engaged couples from the Wingate Hotel. “I put on some music so they would have a better time. They were singing in the cart and dancing — in a safe way, of course,” he joked. “They ended up coming back to the restaurant the next two nights.”
Hill and several other Wine on Third employees drive the cart around downtown, sometimes just looking for tired tourists and offering them a ride. Most often, they respond as well to calls from hotels and B&B’s who have guests who want a ride to the restaurants. Even those who have driven cars to Niagara Falls seem to appreciate that they can relax and have a few drinks when they are using the golf cart service. “After a couple of glasses of wine or cocktails they don’t have to worry about driving,” Mezhir said.
The idea proved so popular that another downtown restaurant, the Rainforest Cafe, purchased a cart this summer. “They don’t have to be coming to our restaurant,” said the general manager of the cafe.
The cart, also available to guests at the hotel, is available to just about anyone, the manager said. “When guests eating here ask for rides to other hotels or attractions, we’ve been more than happy to drop them off. Really, anyone who needs a ride is welcome.”
“It’s definitely a good complimentary service for our senior citizens,” he added, noting that since it was purchased, the cart has carried about 1,000 riders.
The idea of golf carts appeals to Gaelan Baillie, owner of Niagara Bike Rental on Old Falls and Prospect, who lets the Wine on Third golf cart plug in when its battery gets low.
“I like the carts quite a bit,” said Baillie. “I think they’re a great idea for downtown Niagara Falls, which has an issue with pedestrian traffic. It’s all kind of clustered in one corner. I think if the carts can move people to other areas of the city, it’s going to help move tourists and visitors and move customers around to different areas and different businesses. Hopefully, we’ll see a lot more of them.”
Wine on Third’s Weber agreed that there is plenty of room downtown for more golf carts from other businesses. “I hope a few years down the road there’s 20 of these things all over the place,” he said.

We have had our spiffy red golf cart for a little over a week now and we have already put 75 miles on it! Living in Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard for the summer, it has been perfect to get back and forth to the beach, town and supermarket. I love that we are being “earth friendly” and having fun at the same time. My husband loves that all men over the age of 21 point and say, “wow that looks like fun” as we drive by! Thank you for all your help and have a wonderful summer!

We recently purchased our 4 seater CitEcar from Moto Electric Vehicles for use by our Home Owner’s Association. Our maintenance team use the cart for many of their activities and our security guards use it to patrol our property at night. All those who have used the cart remark about how much they love it compared to our old cart (not a CitEcar). We expect to get many years of good use of this cart and would recommend a CitEcar to others in the market for a similar cart.

We have had a 4 person cart from one of the big brand manufacturers for several years. Along came two, yes your reading it correctly, two sets of twin grandchildren which made it time to get a larger cart. After exploring the options I found that I could get a fully equipped all forward facing 6 person cart for what I had paid for the 4 person cart a few years before. Not only that it’s better equipped, faster, has more power and rides better. We call it Mimi’s limo or “Mimo” for short and it’s become an essential ingredient for our family’s fun at Ocean Reef, Florida!

I love my golf cart! Dealing with Moto Electric made buying a golf cart low-stress and easy. Moto Electric Vehicles is very knowledgeable and supportive. This was my first experience shopping for a cart and I felt Moto Electric Vehicles was always present to help me make the right decision. When it came to warranty service, Moto Electric Vehicles and their warranty personnel where there to help. They made me feel comfortable and even picked up and dropped off the cart after service. I will recommend Moto Electric Vehicles to all my friends family and neighbors. Thanks guys for making my electric vehicle buying experience fast, fun and friendly. My son and I thank you.

The multi-passenger cart I purchased from Moto Electric has many uses . I use it in my business to shuffle employees from place to place. I use it for business professionals to tour with. But my favorite purpose of the cart is when my many little darling grandchildren come running and ask for another ride. After I get paid with many hugs we wheel around town to the lakes or to the malt shop or wherever they want grandpa to take them. It is my favorite ride.

At Lewis and Clark Community College we pride ourselves on having the word ‘community’ in our name. That means we do a lot of outreach to people beyond potential students. Groups like the SR Girls in these photos enjoy planning annual visits to the campus to explore our 200+ acres, enjoy the beauty of our Monticello Sculpture Gardens and learn more about our impact on the community. To improve our tours, we invested in Moto Electric Tram that seats 14, has a crystal clear PA system, is easy to drive and maintain. Our guests are comfortable, can hear and see well, and don’t have to worry about being exhausted after a long walk…especially on particularly hot or cold days. Word of mouth travels fast and we’ve booked more tours this year than ever before. We are very happy with o

This is the second electric shuttle I’ve purchased from Moto Electric for my tour company. The first one is over 2 years old and still running. The new one is great. It runs smooth and quiet. I can run it at least 30 miles on one charge, and it charges quickly. The radio, speakers, microphone, etc. are perfect for my needs. I also got a second time buyer discount. Moto Electric Vehicles is great..he helped me to get the vehicle that I wanted and put it at my back door. When he realized there was not a loading dock close by, he called a local vehicle recovery company and had them take the CiteCar off the trailer. WOW what service!!! We bought the 2 Passenger Bubble unit for my Mother that is 87 years old. We had a find a way to get her to give up her car and this was perfect. We saw many of Moto Electric Vehicles’ units in her neighborhood and we visited Brett and his team. Everyone was so nice and accommodating; they are even letting my mother charge her unit at their facility. This is a true family business that really is into making this world a greener place. They also have a great staff on board that will handle the DMV work if you are local to Florida. This was a great convenience since we live in Texas. I would recommend Moto Electric Vehicles to anyone looking for a low speed vehicle!

We are very happy with our new MotoEV. The service has been excellent and we are very proud to be “green”. We are a property management company and use the cars to move people and materials in Downtown Detroit. Parking is no longer an issue and they are much easier to drive around the city than our service trucks. Having the ability to be street legal and insurable was our first concern when we made the purchase, these fit that criteria and many that we had not thought of. We will purchase more of these in the future and they will come from Moto Electric.

I would like to take a moment to say thanks !! Our new EMS Buddy 3 will be a great asset to our inventory within the fire department. From the time we started researching what to buy and we ran across the Moto Electric website we knew instantly that was what we wanted.
The day we filled out information on your website requesting information, we received a phone call personally within an hour from a sales rep. Anytime we had questions regarding the EMS Buddy, Moto Electric always provided a quick response either by email or phone call. They also kept us up to date on the progress and delivery of our unit.
With the summer months upon us we will be putting the EMS Buddy 3 to great use, ranging from seasonal athletic events, city events and many other special details. Everyone that has seen the EMS Buddy 3 has been very impressed and thinks it is a great looking unit.

I would like to say Thank You! Our resident's, drivers, employees and the especially the kids love our new 15 passenger electric bus. We operate 3 gas and diesel buses to transport all of the before mentioned between all of the facilities and were in need of a 4th to help take pressure off of our very busy buses so they could get a rest. We were prepared to spend another $70,000.00 on an additional bus when we heard about the Transit Buddy. We had some apprehensions as we were buying this sight unseen, but I can say that it has been a success. We have been operating the bus (who we call Buddy) for 4 months now and have had no issues. Our residents who normally ride in our Sprinter buses love the open air ride. People wave to the bus as it goes by, Kids jump up and down when they see it and my drivers love operating it. I was also surprised at how well the bus takes our numerous speed bumps and hills on the Island. Good job to your team on the suspension and the craftsmanship of the bus. Buddy has been a great addition to our team and we look forward to getting more from you in the future. Thank you again.

“We purchased the two units to cut down on traffic inside the plant. One runs north and south and the other east and west. All our personnel enter site from the front and because of the size of the site, we use them to shuttles a lot of those people 6 blocks each direction. They run continuously except for their lunch and breaks. approx. 7 hours a day and seem to be doing very well. Easily doing 50 miles or more a day. Our site is very flat with no hills and very large, so it is ideal for battery usage. We have also dealt with your service department and that went very well.”
